Privacy Policy

When you contact us — by phone, text message, or email — request an estimate, or book an appointment, we collect the details we need to help you: your name, phone number, email address, the service address, and information about the plumbing work you need.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and carry out your service, prepare estimates and invoices, and follow up on work we have done. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to providing our services.

Appointments booked through this website are scheduled using Calendly. When you book, the details you enter — such as your name, contact information, and appointment details — are collected and processed by Calendly under Calendly's own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can attend your appointment and contact you about it.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Whenever you visit our website, your browser automatically sends basic technical information (called log data), which can include your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. This data is handled by our hosting provider to operate and secure the website.

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If you use the online booking feature, Calendly may use its own cookies as part of providing that service, as described in Calendly's privacy policy.

We share your personal information only where it is needed to provide our services — for example, with the booking and hosting providers described above — or where we are required to by law. Any company that handles information on our behalf may use it only to perform the work we have asked them to do, not for their own purposes.

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, and we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot promise its absolute security.

Our website may contain links to other sites, such as Calendly and our social media pages. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, and we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We keep customer information only for as long as we need it to provide our services, keep our business records, and meet our legal and tax obligations. When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it.

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary action.
