- Checks for roots, bellies and back-pitch, standing water, cracks and offsets, grease and build-up, and blockages
- Problem spots located and marked for depth
- Your findings explained in plain language, with the camera photos
- Our recommendation for what to do next, if anything
The look, not the fix
- Drain cleaning or snaking (a separate $350 service, if you want it)
- Digging or excavation
- Any repair work
Paying for this inspection covers the inspection only. If it finds a problem, the repair is priced separately in a free written estimate, and you decide from there. Nothing about booking this commits you to any repair.

We run the camera, show you what we find, and explain it in plain language. If work is needed, you get a free written estimate for it.
Your $300 comes off the repair
If the camera finds a problem and you go ahead with the repair work with us within 90 days, the full $300 is credited toward the job. The inspection pays for itself exactly when it matters most.
